Initiatives – get started!

Be part of our project!

We are excited to invite you to participate in our Green Cool Schools Network, aimed at acknowledging schools that are making a positive impact through green initiatives!

How to get started?

Would you also like to become part of our Green Cool Schools Network and share your innovative green initiative with us? This is how you join in:

I. Create an account!
To begin, you will need to create an account on our website. This will allow you to submit projects for your school. You will get the opportunity to spotlight your school’s green project and to apply for the title of “Green Cool School.”
Once you are registered, you will also have access to examples of all green projects or initiatives from other schools that have also registered and entered their projects. You can draw inspiration from these projects, find new ideas, or simply see what other schools have accomplished. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get in touch with other teachers from different countries and exchange experiences and information.

II. Submit your initiative!

Once logged in, navigate to the project submission section. Here, you will find two separate questionnaires: one for general information about your school and another specifically for detailing your green projects or initiatives.

Questionnaire about school: The general questionnaire focuses on basic information about your school and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. This provides us with essential background information.

Questionnaire about initiatives: The questionnaire about your green project is where you’ll dive into the specifics of your initiatives. We encourage you to provide detailed descriptions so that others can gain a clear understanding of your projects. You’ll also have the option to upload photos or videos to complement your submission. If your school has multiple green projects or initiatives, feel free to submit separate questionnaires for each.

We ask you to fill out the questionnaires in English. This ensures that participants from all countries can understand the submissions.
