The Photosynthesis

As part of the ‘Photosynthesis’ experiment station, pupils use the inquiry-based learning method to investigate the research question: ‘How does plant photosynthesis affect the composition of the air?’. Using the teaching and learning materials, pupils answer this question and discover the impact that plant photosynthesis has on the composition of the air.

LEARNING GOALS

Pupils can:

  • take responsibility for work processes and products when working in teams on scientific projects and negotiate tasks and work results in a relevant manner.
  • formulate hypotheses on scientific questions and justify them with information from the material.
