Everyone should be able to eat fresh radishes. That’s why we grow radishes on 30% of our school grounds, and everyone can pick some.

We combine this with teaching and public relations work on the topics of vegetable cultivation, healthy eating, creative cooking and sustainability.
The universe provides us with sunlight, water, and fertile soil.
Approximately 12,000 people have harvested radishes here so far.
The initiative has been running since 1998. Since then, the population in our city has increased by 20%, while the number of sick leave reports and doctor visits has decreased by 27%. We have also contributed to this.
