So sind Fassadenbegr&uuml;nungen eine alternative Form der Begr&uuml;nung f&uuml;r dicht bebaute St&auml;dte. Dabei werden die Pflanzen unter Einsatz verschiedenster Tr&auml;germaterialien an der Geb&auml;udefassade angebracht. Pflanzen bilden verschiedene Kletterorgane aus, um sich an einer Fassade oder Rankhilfe festhalten zu k&ouml;nnen. Bei Kletterpflanzen unterscheidet man zwischen Pflanzen, die eine Kletterhilfe ben&ouml;tigen und selbstkletternden Pflanzen (Ger&uuml;stkletterpflanzen und Selbstklimmer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bei <strong>Ger&uuml;stkletterern<\/strong> wird zwischen drei Arten unterschieden:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schlingpflanzen (auch &bdquo;Schlinger&ldquo; oder &bdquo;Winder&ldquo; genannt): Bei den Schlingpflanzen windet sich der ganze Stiel um die Rankhilfe, wie z. B. beim Gei&szlig;blatt, bei der Klettergurke und bei den Trompetenwinden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rankpflanzen: unterteilen sich in Blattstielranker und Sprossranker (Blattranker). Blattstielranker bilden Bl&auml;tter mit langen Stielen aus, die sich an einem Seil oder Draht festhalten k&ouml;nnen (z. B. Clematis), w&auml;hrend Sprossranker anstelle der Bl&auml;tter Sprosse bilden, die sich an den Rankhilfen festhalten (z. B. Weinrebe).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spreizklimmer (z. B. Es wird unterschieden zwischen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wurzelkletterer bilden ganz viele kleine anhaftende Wurzeln (z. B. Efeu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haftscheibenkletterer halten sich mit kleinen scheibenf&ouml;rmigen Ankern an der Fassade oder der Mauer fest (z. B. Das &auml;lteste Bild von Fassaden mit Kletterpflanzen stammt aus dem alten &Auml;gypten um 2600 v. Chr. Auch die alten R&ouml;mer und Griechen machten gerne Gebrauch von Kletterpflanzen und verwendeten sie zur Bepflanzung von Pergolen. Im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert wurden viele neue Arten aus Nordamerika eingef&uuml;hrt (z. B. die Trompetenblume) und im 19. Jahrhundert folgte der Import von Kletterpflanzen aus Ostasien (z. B. der Schlingkn&ouml;terich). Aber auch einige Vogelarten finden in derartigen Begr&uuml;nungen einen R&uuml;ckzugsort und Lebensraum und nutzen ihn als Wasser und Nahrungsquelle, sie picken die Fr&uuml;chte der Kletterpflanzen oder jagen Insekten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Varianten der Fassadenbegr&uuml;nung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prinzipiell werden zwei Arten der Fassadenbegr&uuml;nung unterschieden: die bodengebundene und die wandgebundene Fassadenbegr&uuml;nung. Im Unterschied zur bodengebundenen Variante ist der Anschluss von wandgebundenen Begr&uuml;nungen an den nat&uuml;rlichen Boden nicht unbedingt notwendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bodengebundene Fassadenbegr&uuml;nung: Zu diesen z&auml;hlen alle Begr&uuml;nungen, die im nat&uuml;rlichen Boden wurzeln. Hierf&uuml;r kommen Kletterpflanzen zum Einsatz. Es k&ouml;nnen sowohl selbstkletternde Pflanzen, die sich direkt an der Wand festhalten, wie auch Ger&uuml;stkletterer mit Kletterhilfen (z. B. Kletterger&uuml;ste, Seile etc.) verwendet werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wandgebundene Fassadenbegr&uuml;nungen ben&ouml;tigen keinen Bodenanschluss. Varianten sind die Verwendung von 5&ndash;10 cm dicken Pflanzenmatten oder Pflanzenwannen, die mit Substrat gef&uuml;llt und horizontal &uuml;bereinander an der Wand angebracht werden. Die Pflanzenauswahl bei wandgebundenen Fassadenbegr&uuml;nungen ist grunds&auml;tzlich sehr vielf&auml;ltig. Von <a href=\"https:\/\/greencoolschools.eu\/hy\/glossary\/sukkulenten\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Sukkulenten sind Pflanzen mit einem hohen Wasserspeicherverm&ouml;gen. Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaft sind die Pflanzen gut an trockenere Klimazonen angepasst. Zu den bekanntesten Sukkulenten z&auml;hlen z. B. Welche M&ouml;glichkeiten gibt es an und in der Schule?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vorteile von Fassadenbegr&uuml;nungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch das Blattwerk der Pflanzen werden die Schadstoffe aus der Luft gefiltert, Niederschlag wird gespeichert und kann verdunsten und dadurch die Umgebungstemperatur abk&uuml;hlen. Zus&auml;tzlich entsteht durch das Blattwerk ein Luftpolster, welches das Geb&auml;ude im Sommer vor &Uuml;berhitzung und im Winter (bei immergr&uuml;nen Kletterpflanzen) vor extremer K&auml;lte bewahrt. Zahlreiche Studien belegen, dass die K&uuml;hl- und D&auml;mmwirkung von Fassadenbegr&uuml;nungen in den Winter- und Sommermonaten zu einer deutlichen Reduzierung der Kosten f&uuml;r Heizung und Klimaanlage beitr&auml;gt. Auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/greencoolschools.eu\/hy\/glossary\/fauna\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Die Fauna &ndash; auch &bdquo;Tierwelt&ldquo; genannt &ndash; umfasst alle Tiere und deren Lebensraum.\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Fauna<\/a> profitiert von den bepflanzten W&auml;nden. V&ouml;gel und Insekten finden darin Unterschlupf und Nahrung.
