What is\/was the motivation for the project?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We have a hill at the back of the schoolyard that is not being used. The caretaker is annoyed about it because he can’t drive his lawn tractor over it.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How is\/was the project financed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We applied for a competition run by the company “Würth” and received a funding of 1000€ to redesign the hill.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the (planned) results?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We want to build steps in the hills that you can sit on during breaks. We also want to plant herbs and bushes to increase biodiversity. We also want to create a barefoot path so that you can enjoy nature with all your senses. Information signs should underline the importance of biodiversity. We are working with a local carpentry workshop to integrate regional craft businesses into the process. This way, the students learn not only technical background knowledge but also practical activities.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
