Wenn es auf Kalkstein regnet, bildet sich aus H<sub>2<\/sub>O und CO<sub>2<\/sub> Kohlens\u00e4ure (H<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>) und diese l\u00f6st Kalk. Auch Bodenorganismen k\u00f6nnen den Boden chemisch ver\u00e4ndern und Wurzeln k\u00f6nnen den Boden mechanisch umformen.
